1 - Software updateUpdate isNot not working?Working?

It'If the Aero Tracker isn’t updating, it’s possible thatthe device has an older firmware version. In this case, you’ll need to perform a manual update:

  1. Turn off the Aero Tracker you have received contains an older firmware. You need to update it manually once for all:

    • Turn off the Aero TrackerTracker.
    • downloadDownload the firmware manually from herethis link.
    • extractRemove the SD card from the Aero Tracker and connect it to ayour computercomputer.
    • copyCopy the downloaded file to the root directory of the SD card.
    • Rename the file to the root of the SD cardfirmware.bin.
    • rename the file to firmware.bin
    • PutReinsert the SD card back ininto the Aero Tracker,Tracker and power it on.

The updatedevice should beautomatically complete.detect and apply the firmware update.


2 - LTE isNot not working?Working?

    • Click "Configure" and ensure the APN forsettings match your telecom provider.

This should resolve most LTE connection issues.
