1 - Software update is not working?

It's possible that the Aero Tracker you have received contains an older firmware. You need to update it manually once for all:

  • Turn off the Aero Tracker
  • download the firmware manually from here
  • extract the SD card from the Aero Tracker and connect it to a computer
  • copy the file to the root of the SD card
  • rename the file to firmware.bin
  • Put the SD card back in the Aero Tracker, and power it on

The update should be complete.

2 - LTE is not working?

If you are providing your own SIM card, make sure from the SafeSky app to "Configure" the APN for your telecom provider.

If you are using the build-in IOT card from SafeSky, make sure the APN is set to "em".
